Porton Down, UK, 3 December 2010: GW Pharmaceuticals (AIM: GWP) today announces that it has appointed Peel Hunt Limited as Nominated Adviser and broker to the Company with immediate effect.
The Company also provides notification in accordance with the AIM Rules that Mr James Noble, a non-executive director of the Company, was previously a Director of Axellis Limited (“Axellis”) which entered into a creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 26 July 2010.
